Sarah is an accomplished public finance and local government attorney with extensive experience representing issuers, underwriters, and special taxing districts in complex municipal bond and infrastructure financing transactions throughout Florida. She brings deep expertise in financing structures, securities law compliance, disclosure obligations, and preparation of sophisticated transaction documents, including official statements, bond purchase agreements, and continuing disclosure agreements.

Sarah was previously Of Counsel at Bryant Miller Olive P.A., advising on taxable and tax-exempt bond issuances, bond anticipation notes, and bank financings for state and local governments, affordable housing authorities, school districts, and community development districts. Prior to joining Bryant Miller Olive, P.A., Sarah was a Shareholder with Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., where she served as general counsel to numerous special districts, advising on land development, procurement, public infrastructure financing, and local government compliance.

Her earlier experience includes service as Assistant General Counsel to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and corporate counsel roles, complemented by a strong business development background with American Express, where she was nationally recognized as a top-performing regional manager.
